Your Role
Apply sales techniques to identify and address customer needs.
Provide detailed information on suggested products, alternatives, and application advice.
Schedule 1-on-1 consultations, handle new leads, and generate new leads via. cold calls.
Build and maintain customer relationships, drive referral business, and conduct on-site measures.
Handle after-sales follow ups and efficiently resolve customer complaints, adhering to company policies.
Work 1 Saturday a month and participate in evening appointments as needed to meet business requirements.
Lead sheets provided.
Qualifications
2+ years of Cabinet Sales experience.
Proficient in sketching kitchen and bath layouts, interpreting blueprints, and knowledgeable in building codes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; must also be willing to travel locally to meet customer needs.
Strong cold-calling and sales closing skills.
Thorough understanding of sales principles, methods, and practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Available to work 1 Saturday a month and evening appointments on rotation.
Familiarity with 2020 and knowledge with KCD is an asset.
